6 Thankfully Festive Drinks

To continue with the Thanksgiving holiday ideas, we got some yummy festive drink recipes for you to try. We got a few alcoholic and nonalcoholic depending on your dinner guests.

Pumpkin Pie Milkshake

source Mom on Time Out

When you make pumpkin puree it tends to make quite a bit and this delicious milkshake will use some of that left over puree you have from making those pumpkin pies. Just mix it with vanilla ice cream, milk, pumpkin pie spice, caramel syrup, and crushed vanilla wafers as decoration around the rim.

Apple Cider Floats

If you think there is too much pumpkin stuff you can try this one, apple cider, ice cream, caramel ice cream topping and cinnamon. The recipe says serve cold, but you could try hot apple cider, just the ice cream will melt.

Golden Apple Punch

Tis has apple juice, white grape juice, lemonade, and ginger ale, though I think 7 UP or Sprite will work too. You could even add in some Sparkling White Grape Juice if you want to make it even fancier.

Sparkling Cranberry Punch
source Elizabeth and Co.

This takes just three ingredients, a bottle of sparkling wine, a bottle of lemon-ime soda and two cans of cranberry juice concentrate. You can make this nonalcoholic by switching out the bottle of sparkling wine for sparkling grape juice.

Apple Cider Sangria

Bottle of Pinot Grigio is the basis of this festive drink, apple cider, club soda, and ginger brandy, fresh chopped apples and pears add an extra festive edge to this drink and will look elegant on any dinner table.

If the sangria has too much alcohol for you this Apple Pie Punch might be a better fit. Mix Pearl Apple Pie Vodka (or Caramel Vodka) apple cider, pear nectar, ginger ale and apple slices. The sliced apple on the rim is a nice touch that makes it fancy fancy.
